Empowers Students

M.A.L.I was created to empower students to tell their unique stories. We believe that by sharing their voices, each student has the opportunity to make a lasting impression on their communities. Our role is to aid in the development of these stories, each of which have been stitched together to provide confidence, resilience, and growth.

Cultivates Leadership

M.A.L.I cultivates leadership and interpersonal skills such as perseverance, honesty, tolerance, compassion, responsibility, friendship, and courage. Throughout the course of our coaching program, each of these tenets are explored and presented as foundational building blocks.

Develops Confidence

While there is a personalized curriculum constructed for each child, we always emphasize the importance of effectively communicating and clarifying one’s story. We encourage students to begin with a main point and to reinforce that point with evidence that appeals to their specific audience.

jacqueline Graham-Mills

I am a strategic coach with a core belief in developing appropriate practices that fosterconnections with students and families throughout their school interview process. As a coach, I ensure that each child reaches their highest potential by telling their story in an unobscured and unencumbered way. I have a proven ability of using my strong interpersonal skills to support my students and their families in their learning environment. I work with integrity and professionalism to inspire my students on their educational journey. I am an active listener who leads with trust and authenticity. To me, listening is rethinking and process, refresh andevolve.
